Putting aside the...ahem, interesting road trip, I was the first person out of the car, hauling my suitcase out as soon as I could. I remembered Arthur telling me that there was no way on Earth that I would need a whole suitcase for a week, but when he saw my shoes, he obviously shut himself up...
...though it was rather ironical for a person with 7 shades of Converse to say that. [1]

Naturally, the other two groups arrived before us -Feliciano being a stereotypical Italian driver (reckless, fast driving), and Ludwig being a stereotypical German one (handling speed efficiently). I waved to the others, and yelled out my thanks to them, for waiting for us to arrive.

This holiday did quite seem like it was too good to be true. We'd all pitched in, and rented a beautiful seaside villa, with ample space and rooms. The weather was said to be beautiful around this time of the year, and I'd be spending a whole week with my closest friends and dear (believe it or not) brother, who would, be friends with Antonio, by the end of this. Somehow, I was hoping that this would get Arthur to be less anxious of the fact that it was his "arch-rival's" sister was the one he was rather infatuated with, and maybe he would even act on it! It always made me smile - making others happy, and there was no better way of spending a week of my holidays, in my opinion. Nothing could ruin this, could-

"YOU?!?!" Okay, so my first, automatic reaction wasn't very refined (Mummy dear would have a fit, wouldn't she?), neither was I trying to create a good impression here. I clutched my suitcase tighter, in order to control my anger. There was no way I could mistake that voice, anywhere, and neither could I mistake those words.
"Bonjour, mes amis! I hope you will be-...hein?" Francis Bonnefoy looked upwards, to see a whole group of people who seemed rather familiar. "Oh, it's you who rented the villa? Such a small world, no?"
"Like hell it is," I muttered, as I turned around, to look for Arthur. I knew that as soon as Arthur would spot him, he would turn around and- hey, there he was, heading back towards the car! I turned towards the nearest person, who happened to be Ludwig.
"Do me a favour, Lud, and hold onto this for me, please?" Without waiting for a reply, I handed my suitcase to him, and ran towards Arthur.

"Oi, you," I yanked on Arthur's hood. His only reply was an 'ack', but...well, at least he stopped. "Where do you think you're going?"
"Do you really expect me to be staying here?" Arthur's lack of emotion in his tone, as he turned around, caught me off-guard.
"Okay, so I didn't know about Francis, okay, but...seriously, Art. We can't back up now, can we? I mean..." I sighed. "They'd laugh at us."
"No one would, plus, why would we care?" Arthur replied disdainfully.
"I know you," I replied, quirking an eyebrow. "Both of us can't stand defeat."
Arthur paused for a while, and I patiently waited. I knew the outcome, but it seemed that it would take Arthur longer than me to realise it, too.
"Fine, but if that frog ticks off you, or me, God help his soul."
I grinned. This was the brother I knew, so, without a warning, I hugged him briefly.
"Ack, get off me, Alli!" Arthur replied, even though he'd hugged be back, even more briefly than I hugged him.
"Where's the sibling love here, man?"
"You don't need to hug me, for Christ's sake!"
I simply patted his shoulder, as I turned around, to only find that the rest of the group were looking at us. Normally, my face would've been as crimson as Arthur's...but, I guess it was just fun to embarrass my brother.

[1] Yes, I imagine Arthur to like Converse. Don't ask me why. He likes them just as much as I love shoes, in general.
Fun fact about Allison #063 - She loves shoes. A lot. All types, except for Ugg boots. She has over 30 pairs, and is still counting. Unfortunately, for her, she is a size 10 when it comes to shoes, so it can be hard to fins shoes her size, and the more unfortunate thing is that her feet are still growing.

A WILD FRANCIS APPEARS!
IDK why I like him in stories...I think he just makes everything funnier, that's all.
But, yes, Arthur and I would be the strangest siblings ever. Mostly bickering, me playing pranks on him with Gilbert's help, him just ranting at me for no reason, but we'd love each other heaps, too. That's just the type of person I am, and he is, too

Fun fact about Allison #134 - She loves to give hugs, but gets easily embarrassed when it comes to receiving them.

Oh, and in this AU, Francis is an ex of mine. I imagine that I dated him to annoy Arthur, and he dated me for the same reason. The break-up wasn't all that pretty, I tell you.
