"It wasn't too bad once we finished," Antonio quipped cheerfully, as the trio walked out of the shop.
"You guys took a hell of a long time to decide on a bunch of flowers," Gilbert made his point clear, much to the chagrin of the other two.
"We had things to actually consider, mon ami," Francis mumbled something in addition under his breath, which seemed to make Antonio laugh.
"Oi, you two - stop insulting me in those Romance languages of yours." Gilbert was less than amused.
Completely bypassing the pale-haired boy's antagonistic attitude, Antonio asked him whether he was going to attend the formal dinner after.
"What formal dinner?"
"Ah, well...it's after prom - we're just going to this starred restaurant, for dinner," Antonio offered, as an explanation.
"Who's 'we'?" asked Gilbert.
"Hmm...let's see...Ludwig with Isa, the Vargas brothers with Geety and Zoe, Arthur with Cheyenne, Sadiq with Madison, Antonio with Alli, Rebecca and me, Camille, e-"
"Wait, who's Cam going with?" Gilbert didn't even let Francis finish.
"Alone."
"...oh..."
"So...you're coming, yes?"
Gilbert paused, as if to think over the whole situation. Then, finally, with what seemed like a discontented sigh, he spoke.
"Why not? I got nothing better to do, anyway."
Both Francis and Antonio looked at each other, smiling.

As much as men would like to disregard it, there was a certain feminine aspect to them, too. It was honed to peek out only at special, rare and appropriate times.
One fail-proof way to unleash this hidden facet? Ties.
The amount of time and effort a man puts in finding the right tie is absurd, to most girls, at least.
It was no different for the three young men preparing for that one event which would only happen once in their lives - for their prom.
"Hmm...no."
"C'est...it is too bright, Gilbert."
With a subtle roll of his eyes, Gilbert tossed the tie aside and picked up the next one. It was almost a metallic shade of mustard yellow. Holding it up to his neck, he craned his neck over, to glance at his own reflection from the side.
"It looks good, amigo!"
"...it isn't bad..."
"No one asked you for your opinion, Francis. Plus...I like it," with a small smile, Gilbert tossed it over to the counter not too far away from the mirror the boys were standing in front of. Flashing a smile towards the girl at the counter, who looked positively giddy with seeing three rather good-looking guys of her age in front of her ('they must've been from the neighbouring high school,' she concluded. 'Guys at ours' aren't half as cute'), Gilbert turned towards the other two.
"But...are you not wearing a tuxedo?"
"God, no!" Gilbert guffawed. "I intend to attend the prom in style - not like everyone else!"
"Yeah, I was thinking...is a tuxedo really necessary?" Antonio put in his own two-pence.
"...that might not be a bad idea...to be different as well as fashionable..." The other two just simply looked at Francis, as he spoke.
"Really?" Their words rung out in unison.
I don't have much to say, other than the fact that it's terribly short and that I'm sorry about it asdfgh.
What's with the after-party thing? Well, before we had a theme, most of RAGMICZ had spent ages in finding a dress randomly and there's nothing better than a man in a suit so I think this dinner thing would be a cute idea, y'know? We get to wear cool dresses and they get to wear formals - eye candy for both //shot
And the outfit I had in mind for the dinner thing for the boys is [link]

I own nothing, as always.
